Nick Davis is a New York City–based coach and performer whose fitness journey is rooted in a decade on the stage — including being a cast member in Broadway national tour of Cats. His background in performance, endurance, and discipline fuels his now-signature approach to functional fitness, HIIT, and strength training.

Over the past five years, Nick has built an inclusive, confidence-driven coaching style that celebrates what bodies can do rather than how they look, helping clients find pride in their progress and power.

This winter, Nick steps onto a new stage as the only out LGBTQ competitor on Trainer Games, the new reality competition series presented by iFit and debuting January 8 on Prime Video. He’s breaking barriers, bringing visibility, and proving — once again — that dancers are athletes too.
