POWERHOUSE VOCALIST AND SINGER-SONGWRITER CONNOR WREN CLAIMS HIS NEXT CHAPTER WITH “SECOND ADOLESCENCE,” A DEBUT ALBUM ROOTED IN REBIRTH AND SELF-DISCOVERY

LOS ANGELES, CA – FRIDAY, APRIL 3 — Out gay singer-songwriter and powerhouse vocalist, Connor Wren, today releases his debut self-produced album Second Adolescence, available now on all streaming platforms. The 13-track project marks a defining arrival for Wren, stepping into the spotlight after years working behind the scenes as a vocalist, arranger, and producer across film, television, and pop music.

Written and produced entirely by Wren, Second Adolescence is a cinematic pop album that explores queer evolution, freedom, and self-reclamation. The project unfolds as a rebirth, a coming-of-age story told on one’s own terms, capturing the tension and liberation that come with shedding expectation and stepping fully into identity.

“This album is me choosing myself, fully and without apology, after years of shrinking to fit spaces that were never built for me. Second Adolescence is about reclaiming my voice, my story, and the freedom to evolve in real time. It’s not just a debut, it’s a declaration of who I am now and who I’m still becoming.” - Connor Wren

With standout tracks including “Polaroid Ghosts,” “Boys Like Us,” and “Your Sunrise is Coming,” the album blends polished pop production with deeply personal storytelling. Wren’s trajectory from collaborator and vocalist for Disney to solo artist brings a distinct level of precision and emotional clarity, informed by years of shaping sound for others before turning inward to define his own voice.

At its core, Second Adolescence is both a debut and a reintroduction — a project rooted in purpose and determination, reframing growth as cyclical and expansive, and positioning Wren as an artist claiming space, visibility, and authorship in his own narrative.
